2. Doing the course
There are three modules on the SPEAR course:
Module 1 - SPEAR Life
This two week module concentrates on helping you build the confidence and motivation you need to get a job you'll love.
Module 2 - SPEAR Career
In this two week module we will help you work out what you really want to do and then assist you in:
- Developing a long-term career plan
- Preparing for future interviews
- Writing a brilliant CV
Module 3 - SPEAR Advance
The third module provides you with an opportunity to achieve well recognised qualifications relevant to any industry. These qualifications will give you a CV that sets you apart.
Qualification options are accredited through the Hospitality Awarding Body and include:
HAB Level 1 VRQ Introductory Certificate in Selling
HAB Level 1 VRQ Introductory Certificate in Customer Service.
